a) In addition to the payment of the new membership, the value in force (or Adcentral Family), the publisher who want to make a new contract for the following year must pay a fee of CRP - Cost Reserve Position (keeping your rights when they make the new contract) in the amount of 20% (twenty percent) of everything that has won the previous year, minus taxes.
b) The Discloser who still have one or more contracts, may not make a new contract for the following year, with the same CPF / CNPJ.
c) If the publisher has won the contract (12 months), and do not perform the new contract for the following year, is unable to accomplish it even with CPF / CNPJ for a period of one (1) year.
d) The condition of performing the new contract for the following year will be available in the BO promoter in the 5 days prior to termination.
If the termination is day 18/02 a given year, find the condition in BO available from 13/02 of that same year. Paying the publisher already booking his new contract in advance. The condition is available until midnight on the closing day of the contract, in our example day 18/02, with no possibility of extension. So the publisher loses the right position.
e) If the promoter has won a contract and not make a new contract for the 2nd year, all logins with the same CPF / CNPJ will be unable to make the contract of 2 years (same as current year ), as occurs in the case of logins that perhaps are canceled in our system.
